Aim
This programme is designed to introduce
participants to the process of consulting, using a simple model,
and provide the skills and confidence to enhance performance as
an internal consultant.
The content is designed to complement
existing skills and knowledge, and give participants the opportunity
to experiment with new ideas and different techniques.

Style
The course will be highly participative and will incorporate different
elements of learning to suit a variety of learning styles and to
create an enjoyable and stimulating environment. Participants will
benefit through practical experience, increased self-awareness,
new skills and behaviours and leading edge thinking and techniques.
There will be a mix of tutor input, individual and group activities,
presentations, feedback and group discussion on practical applications
