Effective
teams focus all their energy on achieving results.
They’re able to do this because they have aligned values, goals and priorities, productive relationships, are aware of each others needs, are mutually supportive, communicate effectively and have good working practices. They achieve great results by working well together. Ineffective teams focus much of their energy on competing needs, unresolved conflicts, defensive behaviours, misaligned values, goals and priorities, misunderstandings and have poor working practices They have little energy left to focus on achieving results. |

Our purpose is to help organisations focus the energy of their teams on achieving results. We do this by improving the awareness team members have of each others needs, building trust, developing collaborative behaviours, aligning values, goals and priorities, improving communication and improving working practices. We understand that despite significant investments in organisation change and training, success is almost always limited by ineffective teamwork. |
