True Nature

All too often we are not living our true nature but instead unconsciously trying to adapt or react to how we think we need to be and what we think we need to do.



The further we drift from our true nature by trying to fit in, be perfect or stay safe for example, the more likely we are to experience stress, burnout, frustration and dissatisfaction. 


And the less likely we are to create what we want effortlessly and naturally. 


In contrast though, when we learn to live in our true nature we can experience far more ease, flow and harmony. And then we can create what we love more naturally and effortlessly.
