Recently a new area of research has started to suggest that awe-inspiring experiences have tangible and positive benefits for us. They can improve mood, be self-transcendent giving a sense of being part of something greater than ourselves and…make us more generous too.
Nature is particularly good at producing awe; watching a pod of orcas breaching; standing beneath a canopy of giant trees; or observing a beautiful, stunning sunset can all create a sense of wonder and amazement.
And for me, this is what Magic in Nature is about. Creating those special moments where we stop, pause and catch our breath in awe, as we witness the seemingly impossible miracles of nature. And, at the same time learn to connect with our own true nature and create miracles of our very own.

Our Magic in Nature days provide an opportunity to not only benefit from being in nature but also to learn and practice connecting with your own true nature, intuition and wisdom.
I know from working with clients that it’s not always easy to let go of the thoughts and perceptions of the rational mind and engage fully with the magic of life. So this will be a chance to do just that in a relaxing and supportive way in the magic of nature itself.
If you have questions you’d like answers to, choices you’d like to make, dilemmas you’d like to resolve or would simply like some ideas and inspiration, this could be the perfect chance to find what you’re looking for.
We’ll enjoy time and space in nature and learn simple yet effective tools to help you engage your intuitive wisdom and receive insight to inform you and guide you.
It’ll be easy, relaxed, fun and insightful. And magical too of course. In the company of a small intimate like minded group.
