A new area of research has started to suggest that awe-inspiring experiences have tangible and positive benefits for us. They can improve mood, be self-transcendent giving a sense of being part of something greater than ourselves and…make us more generous too.
Nature is particularly good at producing awe; watching a pod of orcas breaching; standing beneath a canopy of giant trees; or observing a beautiful, stunning sunset can all create a sense of wonder and amazement.
And for me, this is what Magic in Nature is about. Creating those special moments where we stop, pause and catch our breath in awe, as we witness the seemingly impossible miracles of nature. And, at the same time learn to connect with our own true nature and create miracles of our very own.
