Do you have the patience to wait until your mud settles and the water is clear? Can you remain unmoving until the right action arises by itself? ~ Lao Tzu
Can you? :)

It’s not always easy is it? Especially in our increasingly noisy and fast paced world. We can frequently find ourselves reacting to pressure and outside influences. Striving to meet deadlines and demands. Driven by a sense of urgency or an expectation to respond faster, move quicker, keep up.
Waiting can seem counterintuitive. Like doing nothing. Like falling behind.
But waiting, in it’s truest sense, is not passive.
It’s a willingness to pause and gently hold space. To soften the grip of urgency and allow the inner waters to settle.
Because when we don’t take time to pause and slow down we can barely hear our intuition at all.
And instead we react out of habit, shaped by old fears, familiar stories and the limits of what we believe is possible. Recycling the past and slipping further away from what’s true.
Waiting doesn’t mean waiting forever. It doesn’t mean ‘wait and see’. It means staying present and holding space long enough for clarity to appear. For wisdom to rise. For the next true step to reveal itself.
And then…only then…moving to action.
Remember, you have a choice.
To move from fear. Or to move from truth.
To react from habit. Or to take inspired action that’s aligned, resonant and ultimately more powerful.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is be still……and wait until the water clears.
